Kontrak Baru WIKA Beton 87,77% Didominasi Dari Sektor Swasta

INDOWORK.ID, JAKARTA: Di tengah tantangan industri precast nasional untuk bisa mandiri dari induk usaha perusahaan konstruksi, WIKA Beton telah membuktikan hal itu.

Kini mayoritas proyek yang dikerjakan oleh Sang Pelopor Industri Precast Nasional ini didominasi oleh swasta sebanyak 87,77%. Kemudian disusul dengan proyek yang berasal dari perusahaan induk WIKA 6,37%, serta perusahaan BUMN lain sebanyak 5,86%.

PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WTON) mencatat kontrak baru senilai Rp1,05 triliun hingga Februari 2023. Raihan ini meningkat 2,56% dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama tahun lalu.

Berbagai proyek yang menyumbang performa Perseroan ini didominasi oleh proyek pada sektor infrastruktur sebesar 66,95%, disusul proyek di sektor properti sebesar 10,57%, dan sisanya berasal dari sektor energi, industri, dan tambang masing-masing menyumbang sebesar 16,49%, 5,04%, dan 0,95%.

Sebagai informasi, WTON mencetak pertumbuhan kinerja positif sepanjang 2022. Laba bersih anak usaha PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) ini melesat 96,51% menjadi Rp 162,91 miliar dari tahun 2021 sebesar Rp 82,90 miliar.

Melansir laporan keuangan 2022, WTON mencatatkan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp 6,03 triliun. Realisasi itu tumbuh 35,5% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu atau year-on-year (YoY) sebesar Rp 4,45 triliun.

Berdasarkan satuannya, produk beton putar naik menjadi Rp 3,02 triliun dari sebelumnya Rp 1,58 triliun. Pendapatan dari produk beton non-putar jugga tercatat naik menjadi Rp 2,56 triliun dari sebelumnya Rp 2,11 triliun.

Pedapatan dari sektor jasa tercatat mengalami penurunanan menjadi Rp 40,26 miliar dari sebelumnya Rp 295,38 miliar. Terakhir, pendapatan dari sektor konstruksi juga turun menjadi Rp 377,33 miliar dari sebelumnya Rp 467,25 miliar.

Beban pokok pendapatan WTON tercatat sebesar Rp 5,48 triliun, naik 29,95% dari tahun 2021 yang sebesar Rp 4,22 triliun. Meski begitu, laba kotor WTON mengalami peningkatan menjadi Rp 517,15 miliar dari sebelumnya sebesar Rp 237,07 miliar.

Akhir Desember 2022, total aset WTON tercatat sebesar Rp 9,44 triliun, tumbuh 4,01% dari posisi akhir Desember 2021 sebesar Rp 9,08 triliun.
